Time To Party!

This was made not to respond to a question, but rather to celebrate the birthday of the creator of the Ask Filly Twilight blog (Check it out if you don't know about her blog yet, it's awesome! [link]), who I happen to be a big fan of. Hopefully that explains why Twilight in this GIF is much smaller than usual.
